Ease of Business

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

The service

Ease of Business gives a small business a customer-facing website, enquiry and billing tools, and a WhatsApp Business messaging platform, on the plan the business has chosen.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login and WhatsApp credentials confidential, for the accuracy of the business information you publish, and for everything sent from your account.

Acceptable use

You may only message customers who have agreed to hear from you, must honour opt-outs, and must follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and applicable law (including the Indian TRAI/DoT rules on commercial communication). Accounts used for spam, fraud or unlawful content may be suspended.

Bills and payments

Bills you issue are your documents. GST is applied only when you have entered your GSTIN and enabled it; you are responsible for the correctness of your tax settings.

Plans

Plan limits and prices are shown in your dashboard. A plan that has expired keeps your data and the customer website online but pauses features until renewed.

Availability

We aim for the service to be available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Take backups of anything important; your admin can download database exports.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, including lost business arising from message delivery delays that are outside our control (for example, WhatsApp/Meta outages or template rejections).
